KidPHIT, Kids Physical Health and Interactive Training, is a revolutionary program that provides no-cost training for children on the Autism spectrum. Research has shown that repetitive strenuous exercise combined with definitive routine creates a decrease in self-stimulatory behavioral challenges. In addition, physical exercise provides increased academic learning and positive behavioral interactions. KidPHIT consistently records students experiencing overall increase in ability to overcome situational challenges while gaining fitness benefits.
KidPHIT is a 501c3 charitable organization completely funded by donations.
KidPHIT is a revolutionary program was created to meet a need in the community for a group class program for kids on the spectrum. Group exercise and interactive classes are very common across all demographics but KidPHIT is the only program of its kind and statistics recorded have been consistently positive in both increasing overall physical fitness and positive behavioral social interaction.
       Stuart Bryant created the KidPHIT program after 20 years of working with children on the spectrum as an independent trainer and coach, most of his time working with these kids has been with the kids and staff at Devereux CARES.
Recently, KidPHIT was elected to be a participating non-profit in the United Way of Chester County’s pledge program.
